The Sun City Redeemerites are planning a Reunion Picnic on Saturday July 21, 11 am 'til 5 pm in Sun City, Georgetown, TX  The event will be held at our covered Pavilion which can seat well over 100 people. Georgetown is just 30 miles north of Austin. (See directions)

Mark your calendars and save this date!  Please tell all those whom you know about this picnic.  We'd love to have as many of our good friends as possible to celebrate our life together at Redeemer, and update what has been happening since. Of course kids are invited too!

We're trying to build a master address list of those in this area and those in the Houston or Dallas area who might like to join us.  Please send their names, addresses and phone numbers to:

Bob and Topsy Woodson, 200 Yukon Terrace, Georgetown, TX 78628.  Phone: (512) 863-2260

Sun City Redeemerites include Bob and Ruth Newlander, Grady and Janice Manley, Joe and Nancy Satterfield, Diane Nagy, and the two of us.

Blessings, Bob Woodson

P.S. Houston folks.  We know you'd like to get out of the big city for a day in the beautiful Texas Hill Country!! Y’all come, ya hear?

Update: Everyone should bring his/her own picnic lunch.  We'll provide iced tea and ice.  There are several fast food and BBQ restaurants along the way if you want to pick up something on the way.  We’ll eat around noon.

Of course, children are welcome but NO pets please.  There is a small playground.

We'll have a worship time with Eucharist around 2:30. We have a keyboard. Bring your guitar or other instrument.

The pavilion is by a fishing lake.  If you have a current fishing license you may fish (catch and release). No swimming though. There is a nice walking trail close by. Bring a lawn chair.

Please RSVP if you can come to Bob Woodson (512) 863-2260, so we'll know how many to expect.  Of course you can come at the last minute too! If you have any questions, let me know.

Hope y'all can come.  It's so rare that we get opportunity to renew old friendships and reminisce.

We Sun City Redeemerites are looking forward to seeing you.
